Terms of use
By using mynafplio.com you accept these terms. Please read them; they are short.

2. What myNafplio is
myNafplio is a free local guide to Nafplio and the surrounding area: places to eat and drink, things to see and do, beaches, shops, services and accommodation, as well as digital guides that properties give to their guests. Using the site is free for visitors.
3. Information on the site
We take care that the information is accurate and up to date, but opening hours, prices, availability and other details are set by the businesses themselves and some come from third parties (for example Google). They may change without notice, so please confirm anything important directly with the business. «Temporarily closed» and similar labels are indicative.
4. Featured listings and partners
Some businesses pay for a featured listing; these are clearly marked. Some links to bookings or services may be partner (affiliate) links, from which we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. The selection and the descriptions on the site remain ours.
5. Reservations and extras
Table reservations and requests for extras at a property are sent through myNafplio, but the agreement is between you and the venue or property, which confirms, provides and charges for the service. Extras are paid at the property; nothing is charged online. myNafplio is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its performance.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no false or abusive requests, no attempts to break in or to disrupt it, and no automated mass copying of its content.
7. Content and trademarks
The texts, design, logo and the selection of content belong to myNafplio or are used with permission. Photos and texts of businesses belong to them. You may share links freely; copying content for other use needs our written permission.
8. Liability
We provide the site as it is and do our best to keep it available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site or from services provided by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
9. Links to other sites
We link to sites of businesses and third parties (maps, booking platforms etc.). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy & cookies policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Nafplio, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live. Write to us first at info@mynafplio.com; we will try to solve any issue quickly.
