Terms for hosts & businesses

These terms apply to properties (hosts) and businesses that use myNafplio with an account or a paid subscription. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them on behalf of your business.

1. The parties

and the business that creates the account («you»).

2. The service

Depending on the plan: a listing on mynafplio.com, a digital guide for your guests (with QR code and room codes), statistics, optional table reservations and, where enabled, the «Extras» service through which guests send requests that you confirm or decline. Features and limits of each plan are described on the pages for hosts and businesses.

3. Subscription, payment and cancellation

4. Your content

You are responsible for the information, texts and photos you add (opening hours, prices, house rules, services etc.): that they are accurate, lawful and that you have the right to publish them. You grant myNafplio a free, non-exclusive licence to display them on the site and the guides for as long as the account is active. We may correct obvious errors, or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful, informing you where possible.

5. Reservations and extras

myNafplio passes on requests from guests; the agreement for the service (table, breakfast, transfer etc.) is between you and the guest. You set prices and conditions, you confirm or decline, and you collect payment at your premises. You are responsible for the services you offer, including any licences or permits they require (e.g. for transfers).

6. Processing of guest data (art. 28 GDPR)

For guest requests made through your guide (the «Extras» service), you are the controller and myNafplio is your processor. These clauses form the data processing agreement between us:

As a controller you are responsible for informing your guests (e.g. in your own privacy notice or house information) and for using their data only for the request they made.

7. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of visitors, bookings or requests.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability towards you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

You may stop at any time by cancelling the subscription. We may terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after notice where possible. After termination the listing and the guides stop being shown.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; we will inform you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Nafplio have jurisdiction. Contact: info@mynafplio.com.
